Digister is a register management platform provided to organisations and their members. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.

3. Accounts and Access
Access to Digister is granted by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Data and Content
All data you enter into the Platform ("Content") remains the property of your organisation. Digister does not claim ownership over any Content submitted by users. You grant Digister a limited licence to store, display, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.
5. Availability
We strive to ensure the Platform is available at all times. However, Digister does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digister shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
